Guwahati airport becomes first in Northeast India to achieve level 2 of ACI's customer experience accreditation

Guwahati Airport: Guwahati's Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBIA) has earned Level 2 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI), a first for Northeast India. The Adani-managed airport saw a surge in passenger traffic, handling over 1.74 lakh passengers between November 6-16, including a record-breaking 20,413 passengers on November 14.
