BRICS Summit pushes Delhi hotel room rates up by nearly 88% YoY

Delhi hotel room rates have surged by up to 88.39 per cent year-on-year ahead of the 18th BRICS Summit on September 12-13, according to an analysis by Sciative Solutions. Central Delhi and Aerocity are seeing the strongest pricing pressure, with rates expected to remain elevated through September 16 amid delegate arrivals, security operations, bilateral meetings and departures.
