IndiGo Ventures partners with Sarvam to build AI-powered airline operations

IndiGo Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of IndiGo, has invested in Sarvam as part of the latter’s Series B funding round. The investment builds on their existing collaboration to apply Artificial Intelligence across customer experience, employee productivity and airline operations. The partnership combines IndiGo’s aviation expertise and operational scale with Sarvam’s capabilities in AI models, voice and agentic systems.
