Bhutan launches new Dubai route and introduces airfare subsidy

Bhutan Tourism: Drukair has launched a new twice-weekly flight service between Paro and Dubai, starting in October 2024. The new route aims to enhance Bhutan's connectivity with the UAE and support tourism and trade. Bhutan is also offering a 25 per cent airfare subsidy for visitors who pay the Sustainable Development Fee, valid during select months in 2024 and 2025.
