gategroup acquires LSG Group from Lufthansa

gategroup Holding has reached an agreement to acquire the European operations of LSG Group from Lufthansa. The transaction comprises of LSG’s inflight catering operations in Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Spain.
